Pressure swing adsorption hydrogen production unit is a device that takes the mixed gas containing hydrogen (ammonia decomposition gas, methanol reforming, natural gas reforming, etc.) as raw material, passes through special molecular sieve and uses the principle of pressure swing adsorption to obtain hydrogen at room temperature. According to the difference in the adsorption capacity of hydrogen, nitrogen and other gases on the surface of molecular sieve and the diffusion rate of hydrogen and nitrogen in carbon molecular sieve, the opening and closing of program-controlled valve is controlled by programmable controller to realize the process of pressurized adsorption and decompression desorption, complete the separation of hydrogen, nitrogen and other gases, and obtain hydrogen with required purity.
