Overview of nitrogen purification unit

According to the process requirements of users, hydrogen free purification process, namely palladium carbon fiber combustion method, is adopted for oxygen removal. Its working principle is that the nitrogen from the nitrogen generator enters the deoxidizer equipped with carbon fiber after heating. The oxygen in the nitrogen and the carbon loaded with catalyst have the following chemical reaction under the action of catalyst, C + O2 = CO2

Under the action of catalyst, the chemical reaction is completed, and the residual oxygen content in nitrogen after deoxidation can be less than 0.1ppm. The deoxidized nitrogen enters the adsorber equipped with molecular sieve after cooling. The moisture and CO2 in the nitrogen are deeply adsorbed by the molecular sieve, and high-purity nitrogen can be obtained after filtration. The advantage of this process is that there is no hydrogen content in the product nitrogen, which is especially suitable for occasions with strict requirements on hydrogen content. However, the deoxidizer (palladium carbon fiber) in the deoxidizer is consumable. The deoxidizer replacement cycle of this unit designed for your company is one month. After one month of use, we can ensure continuous production by switching the deaerator. For another deaerator with complete reaction, the deoxidizer needs to be replaced again. In order to consider the convenience of later use and refueling, we design the feed and discharge ports, Simplify the refueling process (only 5 minutes per refueling).
