Application of industrial oxygen generator in iron and steel metallurgy industry:
l) Oxygen top blowing converter steelmaking: in 1952, the Austrian invented oxygen top blowing converter steelmaking, which is characterized by short smelting cycle (1/l6 of open hearth furnace), large output and low energy consumption, thus promoting the rapid development of the iron and steel industry.
2) Blast furnace oxygen enriched blast ironmaking: blast furnace oxygen enriched blast (supplemented by pulverized coal injection) ironmaking can improve furnace temperature, reduce coke ratio and increase output. When the oxygen content in blast furnace is increased by 1%, the iron output can be increased by 4% - 6%, and the coke ratio can be reduced by 5% - 6%. The oxygen consumption per ton of iron is 45% when the oxygen enrichment is 3-4%.
3) Electric furnace steelmaking: electric furnace oxygen blowing steelmaking can shorten melting time, reduce heat loss and reduce unit power consumption. Skw · h can be saved by blowing oxygen per ton of steel, and the unit oxygen consumption of electric furnace steelmaking is 40m3/t.
4) Smelting reduction (COREX) iron making: This is a new iron making process that has not been popularized. It replaces the three-stage production processes of sintering, coking and blast furnace, and can reduce production costs and pollution. However, the oxygen consumption per ton of iron is as high as 530~550m3, which is 10 times that of oxygen top blown converter steelmaking.
5) Steel processing: during steel processing, continuous casting flame cutting, cleaning, etc., the oxygen consumption per ton of steel is 10-12m3.

Application fields of oxygen production equipment:

(6) Pulp bleaching and papermaking: chlorine bleaching is transformed into oxygen enriched bleaching to provide cheap oxygen.
(7) Ore processing: used in gold and other production processes, which can improve the extraction rate of precious metals.
(8) Fermentation: rich generation replaces air to supply oxygen for aerobic fermentation, which can greatly improve the efficiency
(9) Drinking water: provide oxygen to the ozone generator for oxygen production and sterilization.
(10) Oxygen for petrochemical industry and chemical industry: oxygen enrichment is used to replace air for oxidation reaction in the oxygen reaction in the process of petroleum and chemical industry, which can improve the reaction speed and the output of chemical products.
About motion energy consumption
1. Action and energy saving effect of oxygen generator
The adsorption tower of the oxygen generator is switched once a minute, and the pressure rise time of each switching is only 1 ~ 2 seconds, that is, the instantaneous gas consumption is very large. Without the buffer effect of the air storage tank, the compressed air directly enters the system and can not process a lot of compressed air in an instant. In this way, a lot of compressed air containing water and oil directly enters the oxygen generator, which must poison the molecular sieve, Shorten the service life of molecular sieve, reduce the gas production rate and add the user's application cost.
2. Provide stable air source
If there is an air storage tank in the oxygen generator system, the output air of the main engine has a buffer, the air source can be better maintained at a set value, and the gas consumption system can obtain a stable pressure, which is very necessary for the application of modern chemical plants.
3. Good air quality
The compressed air from the oxygen generator is mainly sent to the air storage tank. The air here will stay for a certain time, which can accumulate impurities, water and other foreign matters in the air, and the temperature of the compressed air is also reduced. Even without a freeze dryer, it can send out relatively high-quality air.
4. In fact, the role of savings is the same as a reservoir. The air compressor is a gas source, while the air tank is a reservoir. The air storage tank can set the air pressure balance within a certain pressure scale according to the setting, buffer the instability of the air pressure and reduce the launching times of the main engine. Other air storage tanks can also play the role of accumulating impurities, water and other foreign matters in the air.
About safe use
1. Do not put it in the sun, rain, wind or places with relative humidity greater than 85%. Do not place in dusty, corrosive or combustible gas environment. Do not place it in a place where there is a risk of vibration and condensate freezing. Do not be too close to the wall to prevent poor ventilation. It is not necessary to use it in the environment with corrosive gas. The dryer with copper pipe antirust treatment or the dryer with stainless steel heat exchanger shall be selected. It should be used under the ambient temperature of 40 ℃.
2. Do not connect the compressed air inlet incorrectly. In order to facilitate the repair, a bypass pipeline shall be set to ensure the repair space. Prevent the vibration of the air compressor from being transmitted to the dryer. The weight of piping shall not be directly added to the dryer.
3. Don't stand the drain up, discount or flatten it.
4. The power supply voltage should not be less than 10%. Leakage circuit breaker with appropriate capacity shall be set. It is necessary to be grounded before use.
5. When the inlet temperature of compressed air is too high, the ambient temperature is too high (above 40 ℃), the application flow exceeds the rated air handling capacity, the voltage is not firm by more than 10%, and the ventilation is too poor (ventilation is also required in winter, otherwise the room temperature will rise), the protection circuit will play a role, the indicator light will be off and the operation will be interrupted.
6. When the air pressure is higher than 0.15Mpa, the drain port of the normally open automatic drain can be closed. The drainage capacity of the cold dryer is too small, the drainage outlet is open, and air is blown out.
7. The compressed air is of poor quality. If mixed with dust and oil, these dirt will adhere to the heat exchanger, reduce its operation efficiency, and the drainage is also easy to fail. It is expected to set a filter at the inlet of the dryer, and it shall be recognized that the drainage shall not be less than once a day.
8. The vent of the dryer should be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner once a month.
9. Turn on the power supply, and then turn on the compressed air after the operation is stable. After intermittent operation, it is necessary to wait for more than 3min before starting.
10. If automatic drainer is used, its drainage function shall be checked frequently. Always clean the dust on the condenser. Often check the pressure of the refrigerant to judge whether the refrigerant leaks and whether the capacity of the refrigerator has changed. Check whether the temperature of the condensate is normal.
Service reminder
1. Maintenance time of air compressor: 500 hours for the first maintenance, and every 3000 hours for future work.
2. Maintenance content of air compressor: replace the oil of air compressor and replace the internal accessories: oil filter, air filter and oil core.
3. Maintenance of air purification end: the filter element needs to be replaced for four-stage air filtration, depending on the surrounding environment. Generally, the replacement of filter element is about 6000 hours.
4. Freeze dryer: generally not required. Add refrigerant when necessary.
5. Maintenance of adsorption dryer: replace the raw material activated alumina or molecular sieve, depending on the use frequency. Generally, the replacement time is 1 to 2 years.
6. Booster equipment maintenance: regularly replace the piston ring, add grease, etc.
