XITE manufactures high purity nitrogen generators for milk powder packaging and food/grain packaging.
Many milk powder producers in China and other countries such as Malaysia， Bangladesh， Sri Lanka， UAE， Nigeria， etc. are using Hitter nitrogen generators.
XITEc's nitrogen generating units are skid mounted units and are supplied in a ready to install condition. The customer only needs to supply electricity to our gas plant. Nitrogen is produced by PSA or membrane processes， both of which produce nitrogen from the atmosphere. The nitrogen is produced within 5 minutes after the machine is started.
The nitrogen produced is 99.9% pure and very dry， making it very suitable for milk packaging. Milk bags， cartons or retail packaging packaged with nitrogen have a longer shelf life than packaging in dry air.
The cost of nitrogen produced by our machines is very low compared to using nitrogen bottles. Electricity is the only requirement， and our customers get a return on their investment in less than two years.
