When using high purity oxygen， pay attention to safety and do a good job of shockproof， fireproof， heatproof， oilproof and so on. It should be placed in a cool place and strictly prohibited from touching fireworks and flammable objects.

Do not put oil on the spiral nozzle of the oxygen meter. High-purity oxygen cylinders are under high pressure， avoid tipping and impact during transport to prevent explosion.

It is important to note that the markings on the spherical part of the cylinder shoulder should be carefully observed before using high purity oxygen. Pay particular attention to the "next pressure test time". During use， the cylinder should be subjected to regular technical inspections as required. Do not use the cylinder outside the inspection period.

When in use， an external inspection should be carried out first. The inspection should focus on the high-purity oxygen cylinder valve， pipe threads， pressure reducer， etc. If leaks， slipping buttons， ineffective hand movements or "creeping" are detected， they should be repaired promptly and not handled casually. It is forbidden to tighten the valve stem and adjust the bedding under pressure.

Avoid severe vibration and impact when using and storing high purity oxygen cylinders. Cylinders shall be loaded and unloaded lightly. Special lifts or trolleys must be used. Direct lifting of oxygen cylinders with wire ropes is not permitted. During use and storage， cylinders shall be secured with rails or racks to prevent them from falling.

In addition， high purity oxygen cylinders should be kept away from heat， open flames and molten metal splashes more than 10m apart， and should not be exposed to sunlight when used in summer.
