1， the cylinder deflation or opening precautions

High-purity oxygen cylinder bleed or open the pressure reducer must be slow. If the valve is opened too fast， the pressure reducer working part of the gas due to adiabatic compression and temperature greatly increased， so it is possible to make organic materials made of parts such as rubber packing， rubber film fibrous liner fire burned， and can make the pressure reducer completely burned.

2， pressure reducer loading and unloading and work precautions

When loading and unloading the pressure reducer must pay attention to prevent the pipe connector screw slip teeth， so as to avoid spinning and loading is not secure and shot. In the working process must pay attention to observe the working pressure gauge pressure value. When stopping the work should first loosen the regulating screw of the pressure reducer， then close the valve of the high-purity oxygen cylinder， and slowly drain the gas in the pressure reducer， so as to protect the spring and the pressure-reducing valve from damage. After the work is finished， the pressure reducer should be removed from the gas cylinder， to be properly preserved.

3， before the installation of the pressure reducer and the opening of the cylinder valve precautions

Cylinders before the installation of pressure reducer， to slightly hit the bottle valve， blowing off the dirt， to prevent dust and moisture into the pressure reducer. When opening the high-purity oxygen cylinder valve， the cylinder valve outlet shall not be directed at the operator or others， in order to prevent the high-pressure gas from suddenly rushing out and injuring people. Pressure reducer outlet and gas rubber hose joints must be tightened with annealed wire or clamps; to prevent the danger of disconnecting after gas delivery.
