In accordance with the gas quality of high-purity oxygen can meet the standard， after the production process cylinders have to be processed， otherwise qualified oxygen filling into the cylinder after contamination， oxygen quality indicators decline， and may not meet the standard， its specific requirements are as follows:

1， the inner surface of the cylinder is required to be smooth， no rust chips， oxide skin and other mechanical impurities.

2、The inner surface of the cylinder is dried without water.

3， the outer surface of the cylinder sky blue paint colour， "high purity oxygen" black mark clearly， the outer surface should be kept clean and hygienic without pollution.

4、Cylinder safety accessories， anti-vibration rubber ring， fixed bottle cap should be complete.

5， cylinder oxygen valve requires no leakage， no pollution.

6、After oxygen filling， the bottle valve mouth should wear material pressure cap to prevent the valve mouth from pollution.

7、High purity oxygen cylinder should be dedicated for special use， and should not be mixed with medical oxygen cylinder.
