1、Extend the service life of tyres

After using nitrogen, the pressure is stable and the volume change is small, which greatly reduces the possibility of irregular friction of tyres, such as crown grinding, shoulder grinding, bias grinding, and improves the service life of tyres; the aging of rubber is caused by the oxidation of oxygen molecules in the air, and its strength and elasticity will decrease after aging and there is the phenomenon of cracking, which is one of the causes of shortening of the service life of tyres. Nitrogen separation equipment can largely exclude oxygen, sulfur, oil, water and other impurities in the air, reducing the degree of oxidation of the inner lining of the tyre and rubber corrosion phenomenon, will not corrode the metal rims, prolonging the service life of the tyre, but also largely reduces the rims of the rusty condition.

2、Prevent flat tyres and lack of air crushing

Flat tyre is the number one killer in road traffic accidents. According to statistics, 46% of traffic accidents on the highway are caused by tyre failure, of which a flat tyre accounted for 70% of the total number of tyre accidents. Car driving, tyre temperature will rise due to friction with the ground, especially at high speeds and emergency braking, the temperature of the gas inside the tyre will rise sharply, the tyre pressure suddenly increased, so there will be a flat tyre may be. And high temperatures lead to tyre rubber aging, fatigue strength decline, tread wear and tear is intense, and may be an important factor in the flat tyre. Compared with the general high-pressure air, high-purity nitrogen because oxygen-free and almost no water does not contain oil, its coefficient of thermal expansion is low, low thermal conductivity, slow warming, reducing the speed of the tyre heat, non-combustible and non-flammable characteristics, so it can greatly reduce the chances of a flat tyre.

3, improve the stability and comfort of tyre driving

Nitrogen is almost inert diatomic gas, chemical properties are very inactive, gas molecules than oxygen molecules, not easy to heat expansion and contraction, deformation is small, the penetration of the tyre wall is slower than the speed of the air about 30 to 40%, can maintain stable tire pressure, improve the stability of the tyre driving to ensure the comfort of driving; nitrogen audio conductivity is low, equivalent to ordinary air 1/5, the use of nitrogen can reduce the noise of the tyre! The use of nitrogen can reduce the noise of tyres and improve the quietness of driving.

4、Reduce fuel consumption, protect the environment

The insufficiency of tyre pressure and the increase of rolling resistance after being heated will cause the increase of fuel consumption when the car is driving; and high purity nitrogen can maintain stable tyre pressure and delay the reduction of tyre pressure, in addition to its dryness and oil-free and water-free, low heat conduction and slow heating characteristics, reduce the temperature rise when the tyre is walking, as well as tyre deformation to improve the grip, etc., and reduce rolling resistance, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing fuel consumption. The tyres have low heat conductivity and slow temperature rise.
