Oxygen cylinders are special high-pressure containers for storing and transporting high-purity oxygen， because oxygen is a kind of mobile container containing combustion-assisted compressed gases， high pressure， frequent loading and unloading and transport， and cluttered use environment， which often puts the use of oxygen cylinders in an unsafe state， and will cause great losses to people's lives and properties in the event of an explosion of the gas cylinder. So what do we pay attention to when using?

1， the oxygen cylinder should wear a good safety cap， vertical placement in a fixed bracket， to take measures to prevent sun exposure.

2， oxygen cylinders of high purity oxygen， not all used up， to leave a residual pressure， to prevent the explosion caused by acetylene backflow. There is still residual pressure of the oxygen cylinder， the valve should be tightened， note the "empty" mark.

3、Oxygen cylinder accessories are defective， the valve screw slippery wire， should stop using.

It is forbidden to operate the cylinder with oil-contaminated hands and tools to prevent explosion.

5， high purity oxygen cylinder can not be strong collision. Prohibit the use of throwing， dropping and other easy to lead to the impact of the method of loading， unloading or handling. It is strictly prohibited to use electromagnetic crane lifting.

6， when opening the bottle valve and pressure reducer， people should stand on the side; open the speed should be slow， to prevent the organic material parts of the temperature is too high or the air flow is too fast to produce static sparks， and cause combustion.

In winter， when the pressure reducer and pipe system of the cylinder are frozen， it is forbidden to bake with fire or use something like iron to strike the cylinder， and even more forbidden to unscrew the adjusting screw of the pressure reducer table， so as to prevent the oxygen from suddenly rushing out in large quantities， which may cause accidents.

8、High purity oxygen cylinder shall not be close to the heat source， and the distance from the open fire shall not be less than 10 metres in general.

9， prohibit the use of oxygen cylinders without pressure reducer. The pressure reducer of the cylinder should be repaired by *** personnel.

We store oxygen cylinders in the storage and transport vehicles are strictly prohibited and grease items with storage， transport. If the storage room， the vehicle is contaminated with oil， to be thoroughly removed， before storage or shipment. Oxygen cylinders in storage， transport to wear a helmet， to prevent the intrusion of grease or dust or oxygen cylinder mouth by mechanical damage. For the use， storage and transport operations and management personnel shall not wear oil-contaminated work clothes， gloves and other contact with oxygen cylinders and their accessories.
